With the demise of the United States Agency for International Development, many publicly-paid resources have vanished from the public. Having worked on developing a set of tools to consistently measure changes in earnings and employment among youth in low- and middle-income countries, we are pleased to make available at least one of these resources and the research that generated it.
WORQ Toolkit: Guidance for conducting the survey, including the survey instruments and instructions on data collection and analysis.
Findings from the Cognitive Testing: Testing was conducted to establish construct validity in five countries (Philippines, Kenya, El Salvador, Rwanda and Kyrgyzstan).
Findings from the Pilot: Test-retest methodology was used to establish reliability in two countries (Rwanda and Kyrgyzstan).
